HOLIDAYS/CLOSURES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2023/2024

FIRST TERM

            School re-opens on Thursday 31^st August 2023.

Mid-term: Closed Monday 30^th October – Friday 3^rd November inclusive.  School re-opens Monday 6^th November.

Last day of term is Friday 22^nd Dec at 12 noon.

Christmas break: Friday 22^nd Dec – Friday 5^th Jan 2024.

 

SECOND TERM

School re-opens Monday 8^th January 2024.

Closed 5^th February – Bank Holiday.

            Mid-term: February 15^th & 16^th inclusive.

            Re-opening Monday 19^th February.

            Closed – March 18^th – St. Patrick’s Day.

            Easter Holidays – Friday 22^nd March 12 noon.

            Closed 25^th March – 5^th April inclusive.

 

THIRD TERM

            School re-opens Monday 8^th April.

            Closed Friday 3^rd May.

            Closed Monday 6^th May – Bank Holiday.

            Closed Monday 3^rd June – Bank Holiday.

            School re-opens Tuesday 4^th June.

            Summer Holidays Tuesday 25^th June at 12 noon.

           

 

The school will close at 12 noon on the last day of each term before the Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays.

In the event of an emergency closure (no heat, no E.S.B, etc.) parents will be notified as soon as possible.  No children will be sent home unless there is an adult to receive them.  If parents are unsure or concerned regarding the school’s position during severe weather conditions, they should delay sending children until they make contact with a member of staff.  Please note there maybe additional closure dates for in-service, dates to be confirmed.
